Athlete Home Return & Exchange Policy

At Athlete Home, your satisfaction is our priority! We offer a fair and easy return and exchange policy for all your purchases.

Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return products within 90 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. They should be free from damage, odors, or wear and tear, or in case of having any manufacturing defects.
  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team to start the process. We'll be happy to guide you.
  • Inspection: We'll inspect returned products within 5 business days of receiving them from the shipping company.
  • Refunds: If your return meets our policy, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of approving the inspection. Refund processing time might vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Fees: Athlete Home covers shipping costs for manufacturing defects or mistaken orders. For all other reasons, shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: You can exchange products within 180 days of purchase.
  • Condition: The same conditions apply as for returns.
  • Process: Contact our customer service team to initiate an exchange for a different size or color.
  • Inspection: We'll inspect returned products within 5 business days of receiving them. If the exchange meets our policy, we'll ship your new product within 2 working days.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and exchange shipping (two shipments) unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exceptions

  • Non-Athlete Home Brand: Products without the Athlete Home brand label have a 14-day return and exchange window. This extends to 30 days for manufacturing defects.
  • Used or Damaged Products: Items that are used, damaged, missing original packaging, or showing wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Special Orders: Special order or custom-made products might not be eligible for return or exchange. Contact our customer service team for clarification.

Guarantees

  • Athlete Home Brand Products:
    • Benches, Weightlifting Belt and Sandbags: 6 months (at Athlete Home Main Branch)
    • Dumbbells and Weight Plates: 1 year (at Athlete Home Main Branch)
    • Treadmills and Ellipticals: 2 years (at customer location)
    • Customer needs to contact customer service to schedule a maintenance within a week.
    • Customer pay for any shipping fees & Athlete Home provide spare parts free of charge.
  • Other Brands: Products from other brands might have different guarantee periods. Check the product page or contact us for details.
  • Coverage: Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Repair and Maintenance

We offer repair and maintenance services for all products, even those not purchased from Athlete Home or outside the guarantee period. Fees are determined based on the service needed.
