• For products weighing over 5 kg or valued over 1000 EGP, customers are required to pay the shipping fees in advance before the order is shipped.
• This step helps us manage logistics more efficiently and ensures your order is prioritized for delivery.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees:

• If the customer decides to cancel the order for any reason after the shipping process has begun, or if the delivery cannot be completed due to the customer's unavailability, the paid shipping fees will not be refunded.
• This policy is in place as shipping costs are incurred by the company once the order is processed and dispatched.

Free Shipping:

• For products eligible for free shipping, a handling fee of 150 EGP will be applied and deducted from the final shipping bill upon order delivery.
• This fee covers logistics and handling costs to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Terms and Conditions

• Prepaid Shipping Requirement: Customers must complete the payment of shipping fees before shipping for products that fall under the specified criteria.
